About

A common thread across different rooms

I'm a Computer Science graduate from Ontario Tech University whose work has moved between software development, IT operations, DevOps, and business banking. Each role has looked different on the surface — writing an API, resolving a helpdesk ticket, configuring a CI/CD pipeline, or walking a client through a fraud concern on the phone — but the underlying work is the same: understand how the system actually behaves, find the root cause when it doesn't, and communicate the fix clearly.

Troubleshooting & investigation

Tracing issues back to their source, whether in code, infrastructure, or an account.

Automation & systems thinking

Reducing repeat work with scripting, CI/CD, and process improvements.

Clear communication

Documenting decisions and explaining solutions to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
